[Premium + Anti] = You get button to enable Anti Messages Delete & Can be found in Settings -> Telegram Business -> Anti-Del Mode
Anti-Message Delete: Prevents messages deleted by the sender from disappearing. You can view them by reopening the chat, but be aware you cannot interact with them (e.g., quote or reply), and clearing the app cache will remove them.
Anti-Disappearing Media: Bypasses view-once/self-destructing settings, allowing you to view photos and videos indefinitely, regardless of the timer set by the sender.
