Fix crash when manually restoring a widget while setting up a new device
Remove “Install app” button from private space
Since all app stores are already available in the private space’s app list, this button was rather redundant. Due to a bug, it also opened Niagara Launcher’s app store entry instead of the store’s main page when clicked.
